Foster Children's Project
Established in 2001, this project provides each child in the foster care system between birth and age twelve, and their siblings, an attorney to represent them in all court matters and to advocate for them to achieve permanence within 12 months.

Juvenile Advocacy Project
This project provides representation to children through age 18 in Juvenile Court, Family Court and Probate Court. In addition, representation is provided before the School Board of Palm Beach County and the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF). The majority of children served are emotionally, developmentally or physically challenged. The project's goal is to access appropriate treatment and/or placement for these children.

Relative Caregivers Project
This project provides legal advice and representation to adult caregivers who are caretakers for relative minor children (grandchildren, nephews, nieces). The services provided are designed to assist with the unique legal problems faced by relative caregivers raising minor children such as guardianship, access to public benefits and health care, housing and children’s educational needs.

Education Advocacy Project
Established in 1999, this project seeks to expand the educational opportunities of children in Palm Beach County in lower performing schools. Due to the high concentration of poverty Belle Glade, Pahokee, South Bay and areas of Riviera Beach And West Palm Beach have had a long-standing problem of low educational standards and poor quality public educational facilities. This project's main goal is to inform parents and their children of the rights guaranteed by state and federal law to insure that all of the children throughout Palm Beach County are provided with equal, high-quality learning opportunities. The Education Advocacy Project also provides support and educational representation for the clients in Legal Aid’s other programs.
