Attorneys in Palm Beach County have a long-standing history of serving the poor and disadvantaged through volunteer service.

In fact, this tradition dates back to 1949 when the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County was established. Although Legal Aid has since grown into one of the largest legal service programs in Florida, back then it was essentially a pro bono referral program.

Over the years, our Pro Bono Program has grown dramatically and now raises almost $400,000 each year in donations and refers 1,000 clients to volunteer attorneys for assistance.

Be a part of our work to bring justice to people struggling to find a safer, better life.
