Chairs Selected for Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County's 14th Annual Pro Bono Event Saluting "Broadway"
West Palm Beach, FL (January 7, 2002) Howard Bregman, managing shareholder of the Palm Beach offices of Greenburg, Traurig, P.A. and his wife, Kim, and D. Culver "Skip" Smith, executive partner for the West Palm Beach office of Holland & Knight, LLP and his wife, Ellen, will be co-chairing the 14th Annual Pro Bono Recognition Evening to be held on Saturday, May 11, 2002 at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts. The event, which is hosted by the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, and the Palm Beach County, South Palm Beach County and Hispanic Bar Associations, will honor those attorneys and other professionals in our community whose volunteer work in 2001 was outstanding.
The theme of the evening will be "Broadway" and will include a silent auction, cocktail reception, buffet and award presentation. As in years past, guests will be entertained by students from the Dreyfoos School of the Arts who will perform under the direction of renowned choreographer Garry Q. Lewis.

The Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, Inc., founded in 1949, is a private nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing free legal services to disadvantaged individuals and families living in Palm Beach County. Projects include the Domestic Violence Project, Juvenile Advocacy Project, Foster Children's Project, Ryan White Project, Fair Housing Project and Elder Law Project.
