We are writing to ask for your generous support as we continue to fight for the rights of people who have nowhere else to turn.
The 20th Annual Pro Bono Recognition Evening takes place at the Palm Beach County Convention Center on Saturday, May 10th, 2008 and honors more than 2,500 attorneys for their pro bono service to our community.
Your auction donation will benefit the Legal Aid Society's 16 Projects which help disadvantaged children, families and individuals who live in Palm Beach County, to be safe from abuse, to enhance their opportunities and living conditions, to receive benefits and education that they are entitled to by law, and to promote self sufficiency. Through your support, Legal Aid can continue to offer free civil legal advice and representation for people who would otherwise have no voice in our justice system.
The Pro Bono Recognition Evening is considered the premiere social event in the legal community.This truly elegant evening provides an excellent opportunity to show that you care about access to justice in our community.
We are asking for your generous support as we continue to fight for the rights of the disadvantaged in our community. On behalf of the 6,000 children, families and individuals who will receive free legal help this year, thank you.
